GLOBAL EVENTS SENIOR MANAGER

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Global Event Senior Manager to join their growing team in China.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and coordinate the planning and execution of major marketing events for Honor (global press conferences, international exhibitions, etc.), and develop annual plans based on the brand strategy, products, and communication rhythm throughout the year
* Accurately understand the company’s brand and products, lead the development of overall planning and creative solutions, lead the team to output specific solutions and implement them, control the overall creative direction and details of the project, and be responsible for on-site execution and overall operation of press conferences, exhibitions, and other work
* Collaborate with relevant departments of the company and the MKT communication team to consistently and effectively convey brand concepts and product information, achieving maximum communication effect
* Guide major marketing activities (press conferences, exhibitions, etc.) within each region, and continuously refine organizational capabilities and assets from the perspective of the group, enhancing global professional capabilities in this field

Requirements (proof of work required)

* At least 10 years of experience in 3C digital industry press conferences, or equivalent experience in managing large-scale performance and shows events. Leading industry leading brands in large-scale press conferences, well-known fashion shows, or sports opening shows is preferred.
* Good interpersonal communication skills, collaboration awareness, and strong influence, able to coordinate various departments to create world-class press conference results
* Having a global perspective and excellent communication and coordination skills, event planning, and plan writing skills
* Possessing strong market insight, passionate about exploring new things, and maintaining high sensitivity to hot events
* Having a certain understanding of design, aesthetics, and creativity, with experience in executing 4A advertising creativity is preferred
