DIRECTOR, BASED IN SINGAPORE OR BANGKOK

Job Description

Our client, an integrated communications agency, is looking for a Director to station in Singapore or Bangkok.

Responsibilities:

* Help the company to expand into the Southeast Asia market.
* Work closely with the management to develop business strategies and plans to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
* Oversee the operation and business activities to ensure they are consistent with the group strategy and missions.
* Build and manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for financial forecast/performance and clients’ satisfactions.
* Build, drive and manage team members to deliver quality results.
* Keep abreast of competitive environment and provide marketing trends development updates to clients and headquarters on a timely basis.
* Manager and execute clients’ projects and provide professional advice to clients.
* Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, media, KOLs, partners and vendors.

Requirements:

* Degree holder, preferably in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
* 8+ years’ experience in marketing, PR and/or communications fields, preferably from agencies.
* Entrepreneur mindset with outstanding organization, business, leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Strong media network and good digital knowledge including social media.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
* Positive, strategic, passionate, proactive, self-motivated, attentive to details and numbers.
