MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their growing team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing all aspects of partner activations, including creative submissions, business reviews, event activations, media placements, promotional executions, and recaps.
* Develop presentations and materials for marketing partner business reviews.
* Onboard new partners to the business review process and guidelines, ticket and footage request procedures, photo access and downloads, etc.
* Ensure CRM processes, including prospect lists and account profiles, are current for all partners.
* Conduct business development research, outreach, and sales efforts.
* Support various departmental tasks such as accounts receivable/payable invoicing, ticket requests, and event hospitality management.
* Undertake ad hoc projects as needed.
* Coordinate with legal and financial teams to process due diligence for various partners and entities.
Requirements:
* BA or BS degree, with a Master’s degree being a plus.
* Good understanding and interest in sports and entertainment sponsorship, including promotions, events, media, and marketing, preferably within a client/service-based agency or sports property experience.
* Strong client management, project management, and end-to-end event planning and execution skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally, sometimes within tight deadlines.
* Support the management and cultivation of business relationships.
* Excellent business writing and presentation skills.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Fluency in English is required; other languages such as Cantonese, Mandarina, Japanese, Korean, and Bahasa, are a plus.
