F&B EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR – PHUKET

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Brand Director – Hospitality to join their growing team in Singapore.

Our client, an independent, global hospitality company, current seeks a Brand Director who will direct and manage the company’s brand experience focusing on the F&B department.

Responsibilities:
* Increase customer acquisition at properties while recognizing loyal guests, diversifying revenue streams, and continuously generating innovative ideas through annual hotel Luxury Comp Set Research.
* Ensure the brand maintains its high luxury quality by monitoring compliance and continuously creating new experiences that align with market trends.
* Manage, gather, and co-develop brand and concept experiences, aiming to implement best practices across properties.
* Create brand training tools for associates to understand the brand experience, conduct annual brand refresh training, and identify internal talents for future Property Experience Director positions.
* Develop brand assets for internal communication, showcasing the brand’s uniqueness. Collaborate with HQ Brand Communications to share property stories for marketing content based on annual brand/global campaign needs.
* Serve as the Brand Ambassador for Brand Assurance Audits, which includes overseeing all on-boarding and franchise activities.
* Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
* Preference for candidates with high-end hotel operations and F&B experience.
* Ability to manage various operational departments and P&L.
* Strong aesthetic sense, passion for guest experience, and ability to develop curated experiences.
* Demonstrates strong leadership and teamwork skills, creativity, and positive thinking.
* Skilled in organizing and conducting online and offline projects.
* High proficiency in English.

Responsibilities include:
* Increase upselling for pre-arrival guests.
* Boost revenue for listed Signature Standards.
* Improve NPS and repeat rate.
