Our client is seeking a Creative Director – 3D to join their growing team in Shanghai China.

Role Overview:
As the Shanghai based 3D Creative Director, you’ll be a key player in the design team, tasked with developing groundbreaking and strategically sound designs. Your vision and creative drive will help elevate the company’s standards while exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and an inspiring leader who brings a forward-thinking perspective to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop designs that are both innovative and strategically aligned with client goals.
* Lead with a strong vision, showcasing a genuine passion for the future of exhibition, live, and retail design.
* Integrate digital experiences with spatial design, thinking beyond traditional formats to create holistic consumer journeys.
* Infuse every pitch and project with energy, rallying teams around creative ideas that bring concepts off the page.
* Utilize modern design techniques and construction methods to solve problems and create impactful experiences.
* Mentor the 3D team, maintaining high standards while developing their skills and strengths.
* Communicate design ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients, ensuring project milestones are met.
* Support Account and Production Management teams in delivering commercially intelligent and innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

* A portfolio that showcases process and completed work in world-class exhibition, live events, and retail design.
* A proven ability to craft creatively ambitious designs within realistic budgets.
* Strong sketching, visualization, and communication skills to convey your vision.
* Experience presenting to clients and working collaboratively to achieve the best brand solutions.
* Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in relevant software, including C4D with Redshift, SketchUp, and Vectorworks.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
* A passion for blending spatial design with digital concepts to create integrated experiences.
