PROJECT MANAGER, EVENTS – HONG KONG

A leading events and marketing agency is seeking a Project Manager/Events Manager to join its dynamic team in Hong

Kong. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across Asia, from corporate conferences and product launches to gala dinners and incentive activations. The ideal candidate is an energetic and detail-

oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences for international clients.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of event planning and execution

* Lead and guide internal teams to successfully deliver projects, ensuring high-quality execution

* Identify and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners, including technical providers, venues, designers, web

developers, production houses, and PR and media agencies

* Oversee event registrations and RSVP processes when required

* Prepare budgets, timelines, proposals, meeting agendas, and client correspondence

* Participate in new business development, including brainstorming, pitch preparation, and client presentations

* Manage administrative tasks, including invoicing, contracts, and financial reconciliation

* Collaborate closely with the Singapore office and travel across Asia as needed for event execution

Requirements:

* At least four years of experience in events, production, or marketing (agency experience preferred)

* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide teams and take ownership of projects

* Excellent interpersonal and client management skills, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach

* Fluency in English with strong writing skills; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus

* Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with design software is a plus

* Willingness to travel overseas for event execution as required

* Must hold a valid work visa for Hong Kong
