SALES DIRECTOR

Job Description

Our client, is looking for a Sales Director to join their growing team in Hong Kong.

As a Sales Director you will sell advertisement across print and digital platforms to achieve core KPIs. You will maintain and expand our customer base and collaborate with management and team members to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue across all channels. You will work with editorial to create and execute exciting advertorial projects and liaise with sales support for post campaign reporting. Public relations experience and a relevant address book with contacts to facilitate KOL collaboration would be ideal. To succeed in this role, you will also collect customer feedback and have an ear on the ground to gather market research and industry intel.

Responsibilities: * Proven track record in digital media sales, including branded content, sponsored editorial, and social media campaigns
* Strong experience selling advertisement for print and digital media platforms
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated cross-platform campaigns
* Experience with digital analytics tools and performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights)
* Ability to liaise with multiple parties for content projects large and small
* An address book with client, KOL and celebrity contacts
* Proven ability to leverage digital tools, platforms, and performance analytics to optimise sales processes and make data-driven decisions
* Experience in creating and presenting digital media proposals and pricing strategies
* Understanding of social media marketing and influencer campaign management
* Strong presentation software use and proficient in word processing and presentation applications on Mac OS
* Fluent in spoken and written English

* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking to drive revenue growth
* Passionate about their own ability to perform and thrive in the new digital media landscape
* Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and ROI measurement
* Ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
* Experience in developing custom digital solutions for clients
* A show of positive attitude in all situations, an optimistic thinker
