Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Principal, Digital to join their growing team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
* Imagine being the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating the seamless integration of new digital technologies to enhance the agents' daily lives.
* You’ll dive deep into internal processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement trans-formative digital solutions.
* You’ll be the go-to guru for digital projects, driving process re-engineering and simplification, and ensuring the team is always ahead of the curve with the latest tech innovations.
* Collaboration is key! You’ll work closely with various business units to capture user requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing, all while spearheading the development and revamp of digital platforms.
* You’ll lead the digital adoption committee, rolling out training, promotions, and incentive campaigns to drive agent engagement.
* Plus, you’ll keep a vigilant eye on program progress, alerting management to any key issues and developing mitigation plans faster than you can say “digital transformation.”
* Security and compliance? You’ve got it covered.
* You’ll ensure all operations adhere to stringent security controls and regulatory requirements.
* And when it comes to big data, you’ll be the master, analyzing agent behavior, providing business insights, and making data-driven decisions that drive the business forward.
Requirements:
* You’re not just a manager; you’re a digital innovator with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
* You’re a university or college graduate with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, including 2 years in a managerial role.
* Your project management skills are top-notch, and you’re self-motivated to boot.
* You excel at building positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and have a proven track record of managing sophisticated digital transformation teams.
* Your technical and business know-how is second to none, and you bring a strong understanding of various digital systems and tools.
* Experience in driving process re-engineering and improvements is your forte.
* Being trained in Lean Six Sigma is a plus, and a depth of UX experience and creativity will set you apart.
* Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, is essential.
