Our client, a software solution company, is looking for a Business Development Director/Manager to join their growing team in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
As the Business Development Director/Manager, you will:
– Identify new business opportunities in the marketplace.
– Develop and propose business plan.
– Manage negotiation and sales phases with the client.
– Coordinate the launch of the project with the internal teams and the client.
– Establish, build and maintain long term relationships with the prospects.
– Enhance knowledge of products, technologies and markets through business analysis.
– Build the company’s reputation in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:
– Degree in Business Administration, Sciences, Information Technology or Software Engineering or related discipline.
– Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the digital marketing industry.
– Experience in managing sales of information system solutions and service in B to B.
– Knowledge in local e-commerce, direct marketing and retail business.
– Fluency in written and spoken English. Cantonese/Mandarin/French will be a plus.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated, flexible, aggressive. ability to work independently and in a team.
– Frequent travel will be required.
